About CEMS

CEMS International has two broad arms which are: Ministration Services and Christian Education Services which are rendered through College Of Christian Education And Missions (CCEM). These are integrated as one.

Ministration Services

The activities of CEMS International in an area are coordinated by Centre Coordinator who is responsible for the following services:

(i) Seminars

(ii)Value Initiative Programmes (VIP)

(iii) Student Orientation Studies (SOS)

(iv) Music

(v) Movies

(vi) Media Productions

College Of Christian Education And Missions (CCEM)

CCEM is an independent research and missionary institution that is committed to evangelize the world and equip the Body of Christ with the word of God. The aims and objectives of the College are specified as follow:

(i) Evangelize The World

(ii) Edify The Body Of Christ

(iii) Equip All Categories Of People With The Word Of God, Including Children And Youths And

(iv) Enlighten All Believers Of The Need To Be Purposeful In Daily Living, Prayerful In Fellowships, Tactful In Evangelism, Powerful In Unity And Resourceful In Christian Education.

They started a small food let that offered takeaways only. Seeing the love the city had for steak, they expanded their team with 8 more chefs from different parts of the country so we could serve more variety on the table. .

Ever since, we’ve been known as the best Steak house in town serving over 1000 customers everyday. Humbled by the love we’ve received, we strive to continue giving you the best.

CCEM carries out its missions and visions through the followings:

(I) Provisions Of platforms for established Institutions, Churches and Christian Organizations to run courses that indicated in the College Prospectus

(II) Training Of Church workers and Christian Professionals.

(III) Involvements Of Christians, especially CCEM Students in groups that are constituted by Visions, Missions And Policies of CEMS International. These groups are involved in:

(1) Primary School Missions often with the use of Bible Club Story Books and Children Missionary Tracts

(2) Secondary/ Junior High School Missions often with the use of Network Bible Club Story Book and School Fellowship Missionary Tracts

(3) Campus Missions often with the use of Campus Missionary Tracts and Illustrative Sermon Books

(4) Church/Other Ministries often with the use of Cross Pulpit Missionary Tracts and Illustrative Sermon Books

(5) Distribution Of Resource/Other Materials

(6) Elder’s Home Fellowship with the use of Illustrative Sermon Books and Adult Fellowship Missionary Tracts

ILLUSTRATIVE SERMON BOOKS

Illustrative sermon books are messages that are prepared with stories, parables or proverbs or testimonies without losing focus on the main themes or lessons. They include:

Drama Message Books

These books which are sermons that are presented in the form of plays without losing focus on the main themes or lessons include but not limited to An Agreement With Death, The Weight Of Death, Ransom For Love and a host of others.

Illustrative Sermon Books and Drama Message Books have similar characteristics such as creativity and some elements of entertainments. Jesus sometimes delivered illustrative sermons with the use of stories and proverb such as the parable of The Prodigal Son in Luke 15: 11-31.

The followings are the advantages of Illustrative Sermons and Drama Messages if they are not allowed to be turned into entertainments or fun fairs:

1. They are capable of arresting attentions of the audience.

2. They are easily remembered.

3. By arousing the attention of the people, the messages are easily passed to them till the end.

These are sometimes organized in conjunctions or partnerships with Churches, institutions, ministries, missionary / other organizations either at Partners’ Venues or Designated Centres. Only 1, 3 and 6 Month courses can be organized online or in partnership with the above mentioned others.
